Precious Weekend (2nd & 3rd Feb)
Teddy and I were at Wheelock place on Friday night... He was trying to fulfill his promise to buy me a new pair of Papillio. However, the staff there was pretty unfriendly and I decided not to purchase from that outlet. I dun remember receiving such bad attitude in my previous shoppings there :(

Not forgetting desserts to end off the meal... Chocolate and strawberry, always the perfect match?

Next...head home. =)

We then proceeded to our dinner at Sakae Sushi. It is well refurbished with Tatami seats. The paper steamboat (hee... forget wad it's called) tasted good. You can see it from my dear dear's contented look. haha. He was so amazed by the paper's ability to hold soup.

We went Borders after dinner. I was looking at some travel info while Teddy's searching for some IT related stuff. When I was browsing through the cook book section a while later, a cup cakes receipe book caught my eyes... the cup cakes in the pictures are so beautifully decorated... How I wish I can learn to make them but I am not up to that standard yet. When we finally step out of Borders after much exploration, I spotted Teddy looking suspiciously. He was holding onto the cup cake receipe book!!! *real happy and touched* However, I feel that the book is too costly and I dun really think i will fully utilise it... I then decided maybe we should exchange it for smting we needed more.
Next...head home. =)
Saturday started off with my favorite four leave sandwiches, something i wun get sick of. =) I got my Papillo at Raffles City, Yipee... my new asset *smiling, smiling*.
Dinner was at Chinatown temporary market. Hmm... I can't find my favorite chicken rice stall over there anymore. The ever popular claypot rice is still there though. After which, we did some new year shopping in Chinatown (yearly practice). So nice to have found someone who doesn't mind walking along those crowded streets with me. Thank You!
Guess wad I spotted... Wayang... such a rare sight in Singapore. Our first time watching "bu4 dai4 xi4" performance. Not only elders will appreciate this form of art wor, we saw a handsome baby boy clapping along... so cute!
These are the tings we bought... ba gua for mum, peanuts for dad, taiwan jellies for ourselves. Xiao3 Shuo1 Huo4 =)
